JOINERY CONTRACT VALUE: £175,000.00
Arch has recently completed the joinery works to the Elms Hotel in Worcester. This
prestigious 5 star hotel, set in beautiful gardens and ten acres of mature parkland in the heart of rural Worcestershire, wanted to upgrade its facilities to include a swimming pool, gymnasium and spa treatment centre. Arch played a fundamental role in the design, manufacture and installation of this high quality project.
Arch Joinery, working in conjunction with Multibuild, were involved in both the interior and exterior elements of the project. To the exterior, Arch reproduced existing windows from the Queen Anne Mansion in the extended section. Arch also designed, manufactured and installed the European Oak curtain walling surround to the swimming pool. This impressive structure was manufactured to withstand the considerable moisture exposure and with glazing to meet the strict thermal insulation requirements.
Phase two of the project involved the interior fit out. The Spa are required high quality products to the treatment rooms, changing rooms and display area. Further to this Arch provided the manufacture and installation of reception counters and the bar area. The end product... A luxurious, warm and welcoming spa retreat; an ideal location for pampering the body and uplifting the soul.
